Advanced Shipping Rules

Great app, easy to use and gave us the ability to create custom shipping options for our customers Australia wide

How do we get support on weekends. I really wish we had a support number to reach a human. I cannot get my contract rates linked again after UPS upgraded their system. Advanced shipping rules is using retail rates. Can we create a rule that calculates a discount off retail rate and something notifies me by email my rates are no longer linked. This is my busiest time of the year.

Works well, gives us the granularity of postcodes that we need.

Amazing app and aftercare providing help very quickly with any issues we came across during setup and 3 years into use! Highly recommend using this app!

Excellent shipping options and support!

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

I had some complicated shipping rates- some items free, combined shipping, etc.
the ability to use blended rates is ideal

This app is great and with Molly's fantastic help, we were able to get this set up and sorted quite easily.
