This app charged me twice on the same day without my consent. Instead of $9, It charged $20 with my Monthly shopify Subscription. If They will be committing this kind of Fraud, I and not going to use this app anymore. I am a very disgruntled and unsatisfied customer.
Hello, I'm just explaining here publicly what we've already communicated with the the merchant privately....We are so sorry for the confusion surrounding these charges. In order to use our app or any other carrier service app, a certain feature needs to be activated on your shop. This is the $20 charge that you received. This is a charge that came from Shopify, not our app. We've explained this, and also offered a refund ( and already processed it ) for all our app charges. We've been communicating regularly with the merchant and explaining everything, and doing whatever we can to help them. But, they still haven't decided to update their review. Sometimes there are frustrating things that seem illogical in the Shopify ecosystem, it's best if we can be patient with each other, and give people credit for communicating frequently and quickly and trying to help. I do believe that accusing us of fraud is a overreaction to being frustrated with receiving charges without a full understanding of the various pieces of the Shopify eco-system, which we are part of, and here to help you navigate.
So Expensive
This app doesn't play well with large stores. The previous version just took the Product Vendor field and based calculations on that. The new version forces you to Sync products in its own system. It takes well over an hour to sync just 200 products and I have several thousand. If you close the app, it forgets its progress. Keep getting errors to sync a live rate which I have done like 12 times. Extremely buggy. The earlier version was much more solid.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We're sorry you experienced a slow and incomplete sync process. Sync issues are very rare. If you contact support when there is a sync issue, we can remedy the issue promptly. We've corrected the issue that was unique to your shop. Luckily, a sync issue doesn't stop the app from showing rates at checkout or prevent you from making edits to your rates. Also, in your case, because you were still using fulfillment services for product groups, the sync process isn't even required. We've sent a follow-up email to you as well, feel free to reply for further assistance.
This app has caused so many issues with our store and with our clients. It is not worth the headache. Shipping rates are never accurate and setting the app up is not worth the hassle. Maybe some people have had luck with this app before but our experience has been terrible. Definitely have lost money on sales and shipping by using this app.
I am a Canadian store that was looking to integrate Fedex ltl freight rates but support informed me that they don't support Canadian FedEx accounts. The app showed promise before running into this road block.
