VGANG for Green Suppliers

I really wanted to love it. The concept is amazing. The execution is endless problems. There seems to be no understanding of how dropship platforms actually operate and when problems arise, there is no clear promise that they will be addressed. The responses from Eli are unprofessional and uninformed. I hope that after time they work out their issues because a sustainable dropshipping app is a great idea.

This app is very easy to use and Eli has been very helpful with setup and my questions. Always very quick response. The app doesn't affect your websites speed. Which is very important to me. I recommend it.

Easy to install and very responsive customer service. A simple way to get your brand in front of more potential customers.

Great app. It's very easy to install and use. Order payments are available immediately, so there is no waiting time for payouts - this is a great advantage. The orders are automatically synced with Shopify. Once the products are published, there's no way to edit them unless you contact customer service. Fortunately, the customer service is super fast and knowledgeable. I'd suggest developers to add the "Unpublish" option for published products directly in the dashboard. For the rest, it's a good app.

The team are great and really care about communicating the supplier brands to the retailers. This gives retailers a lot more to work with and gives value to the brand building work that suppliers do!
