Started off great. However past few months starting to experience some delays. Missing tracking on the app and site. They reached out personally to help issues and tell me about the new app upgrade to come that will be helpful. First Keira is absolutely amazing. His turnaround time on questions I have sent him is faster than you would expect with a company of that size.
I’ve even been able to speak with support via a telephone . That’s not something you see lately. They are always updating their system and really embrace any software suggestions that I have presented to them. By far the best app I have used so much so that I shut down my other brand and I am solely focused on the cosmetics industry.
