The app worked very well immediately. Set up was easy. Customer support with Anna is excellent. This app really makes my product page look professional.

I had an issue with the Review button on my website not being fully displayed on a desktop. I contacted HelpfulCrowd and within minutes Yusuf replied saying that the issue was fixed. There was no need to do anything on my end to fix the issue other than reaching out. Great service.

Great App with video upload feature, hopefully the server will get faster soon :) And great customer service with integration with AfterShip to set your specific time period to send the reviews and keep emailing the customer until they review. Prob will get 3x more reviews with this app. Hope the custom Avitar logos will be added soon too! :)

Thanks for the feedback and we are so sorry that we weren't able to address your issues in real time. We always try to provide real-time support, but it might take us a little longer due to other client requests, as is the case yesterday ;-(
We've listened and Yusuf in our care team is reaching out to you directly to get to the bottom of the plan upgrade.
In regard to the Safari issue, we've also recently just launched our embedded app and have found a snag in it when using Safari, as Apple has locked down on all cookies. For that reason, we are temporally recommending other browsers until the team can release a fix. The browser is not related to the access to the slider though, that is a plan restriction issue that Yusuf will address with the developers. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have all it all straightened out in the near future.
