Excellent customer service. More features and flexibility than other review apps Ive looked into including being able to trigger review requests on shipment or delivery which is key for me. Didn't have to touch my liquid file either which was great - their team set me up for everything. Chat help is fast response time with clear communication.
This app is just amazing, very easy to work with, customise etc. and Yusuf is absolutely a star. He is very helpful. Highly recommend.
APPs design looks good and the service is very helpful :) I highly recommend this APP! The big + is that they are allowing video reviews.

I moved my website from a different ecom provider and Yusuf was so helpful - moving all my product reviews over for me. When you don't understand how to do something, he'll just do it for you! Also before I even decided to use helpfulcrowd on the new site, Anna provided all my old reviews as a download to make sure I wouldn't lose anything when closing my old store. I was on the free plan on my old store but will probably keep using helpfulcrowd and upgrade because their service has been good.

Downloaded it since it was the only only review app in the compatible with OS 2.0 section that offered a free option for sites just starting with limited sales. I initially liked the look on my current site so i kept it then switched to the dawn theme and it did have to be updated to the new theme but yusuf quickly helped me solve this transfer and i love the look of it on my site www.marraboutique.com . Has auto email templates for everything i needed as well no comprimises in my opinion!
