Helpful Product Reviews App

Of all the apps I have added to enhance my Shopify website, this one has proven to be the most useful. The customer service is consistently very prompt and has ALWAYS resolved any issue I might be having. Yusuf helped me today, but every person I have dealt with provides the same high level of service! I have to manually import reviews from Etsy (my other shop), as Etsy "owns" any content on their platform. It takes some work, but this has worked great to build my Shopify website presence. I would HIGHLY recommend HelpfulCrowd. Thank you!

You can easily collect reviews & questions from customers, which both are getting displayed in an extremely good-looking way right under the product. Also, the design is highly adjustable for your own personal preferences.

The interface of the app is super smooth, you are getting guided through the whole process of setting-up your reviews, so you really don't have to be an expert here!

There is also a free plan available, which includes a ton of features, so that is also extremely accommodating on HelpfulCrowd's part.

Another absolute highlight is the customer service, which goes above & beyond to help you with every single issue you're experiencing, until a solution has been found.

I love this App. Easy to use, once it's setup I can forget about it, looks great on my site. Customer service is awesome! Whatever their system is, it works great for getting me reviews. Easily integrates with Shopify.

The power of a controlled community on any website is important and Helpful Crowd nailed in for us startup folks by providing this affordable option that has it all.

Yusuf was great with helping us address our issue through shopify. As theme's etc. were updated, our reviews ended up not being able to be seen on our products. Yusuf explained why, and once given access, he was able to update the necessary code to allow for the reviews to be seen again. Great customer service.

I used this app to help with customers to be able to leave honest reviews. Yusuf was very helpful as a team member with customer service and helping fix something we were having trouble viewing in a very timely manner :) Best, Ian K

NO OTHER review app allows you to use your own custom FONT, as far I have researched. The customer service of Helpful Crowd live up to their name - they themselves are very HELPFUL in setting up the app. Very happy with Helpful Crowd! I can recommend it! :)

I had an issue bringing my reviews from an ecwid store to my new shopify store and Yusif was SO helpful and took care of everything! Hands down, best customer service :) A must have app. Thanks again!!!!
