Helpful Product Reviews App

WOW!!
This app and even more this team is something else....
The app offers more features than the earlier app I had (now on free plan) and you can change so many settings to your personal wishes.
But I want to highlight YUSUF (and team) for their endless and always kind help with my 1000 wishes/questions from stupid to even more stupid ;-).
Response time within a minute, day and night it seems. Totally out of the ordinary. I had many detailed customisation wishes that were implemented in seconds. They imported my older reviews, made my translation app work for their app etc etc etc. And their english is outstanding.
It's been a pleasure. If I could rate them 10 stars I would without a doubt.

Fantastic and functioning app. On top of that, they provide both Reviews and Q&A in the free version which many apps don't. Support is also great. Yusuf helped me to display my products reviews on the main page and uploaded my imported reviews from Wix, it was all perfectly well done and in a timely manner! Thank you. Highly recommended!

If you're not using this for your reviews you're doing it wrong. This app is not only the most customizable but it doesn't charge you a cent!
Their support is super quick too.
Overall amazing.

Be honest, this app is very easy to use if product id can be the same with product handle. If all colors in the section should be easily adjusted easily by users, I will definitely install it again! I started to use it on my store and it seems to be working properly. The customer service provided by the team is incredible. Yusuf was very helpful!

I have read all reviews apps available for Shopify and I chose this application for several reasons: price, several customizable options, send emails (automatic or manual), reviews with or not photos/videos, moderation, autopublish or not, multilingual, several widgets we can place where we want, connect and share reviews on FB or Twitter, customize email templates, reminder emails, thank you email, import orders you've had in the past and send emails requests, etc. And they will add more in the future.

There are all the instructions in the app to import reviews.

For Q&A we can activate or not this option. We can group several products with the same Q&A, personalized templates emails, etc.

If you need help and have questions, the support is excellent and really fast. They made a few more changes for me.

This is a GREAT free app! I had previously installed another free app for product reviews with photo and did not realize the app did not have the function of requesting for reviews. This app does it all! It allows reviews with photo upload AND it sends out review requests. The setting it easy and user friendly. You can manipulate the layout of the review, total reviews and average ratings on category and product page. Ratings/reviews on the product page is available on the top as well as the bottom...where the ratings on the top is clickable which will take you down to the reviews at the bottom for quick reading. AND...this app includes the Q&A which is a great add-on! And the service/support is impeccable! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!
