Helpful Crowd app is so great for our online shop of rhinestone supplies and training. Yusuf was so quick to help me migrate all reviews into my new Shopify store. Now everyone can see how amazing all the CrystalNinja.com supplies are and make choices quickly. Thank you HelpfulCrowd! Yusuf is amazing!
I use HelpfulCrowd for customer reviews and since the upgrade, for some reason my reviews had disappeared from my website. But, this kind man Yusuf really helped me out and was so patient with me! Great customer service is huge for me and Yusuf was a perfect example of simplicity with A+ service. He knew exactly what I needed! Thank you so much Yusuf.
Yusuf is incredibly helpful in the support team, he has answered my queries in literally a few minutes. It's an unbelievable app when you consider it's free to use, love the functionality and the ability to have a FAQ section with the reviews!
After struggling to get help for a week from another app, I started looking and came across Helpful Product Reviews App and within minutes, I had live chat help from Yusuf, and am already collecting reviews. And it's a SUNDAY! I'll come back as we use this longer but so far, the fact that I got help installing the widget on Shopify so quickly, and already saw a very easy to use Dashboard, all I can say is I'm very impressed. SECOND REVIEW: ANOTHER FIVE STARS IN 2023. It is so rare to get on a chat and have your problem fixed so quickly. I don't know what I would do without Yusef and this app. It's the service that means everything and you get immediate assistance most of the time and if not immediate, almost immediate. I can't say enough about this app. It's also very easy to use as I am not "gifted" in technology lol but I can manage it and anything I get confused about, help is there.
I was looking for a review app that would allow me to view reviews very specifically and I did research among 10 other apps. Finally, I chose this one from Helpfulcrowd and I definitely don't regret it. It offers not only a number of setting and display options but also other great marketing features. Support managers Yusuf and Anna promptly answered all my questions and helped me set up everything as I asked. I definitely recommend the app and company.

We have been using this app for couple years for our online shop on Ecwid platform, it's easy to use and helps to collect reviews from our customers without any special efforts. Now we are going to switch our shop to Shopify platform and we decided to continue to use this app there. Amazing app. Once set up properly it does all the leg work for you with review collection etc. very easy to use too.
