I used them before switching my shop to Shopify so I was so happy to find out HelpfulCrowd launched a Shopify app recently. I was happy to switch from another reviews app (super easy to import) as I get way more premium features at a much more affordable cost. Customer service is top notch, quick response and easy access which is so important to me. It's definitely worth trying for your store. As a small biz owner who just launched my shop this year I am so grateful for great affordable apps like this that work! Update: just had to come back to say that since using this app the percentage of customers giving reviews has gone up! Much better than previous reviews app I was using.
Great customer service. Yusuf helped set up the App on my store to look it nice and helped remove the previous one. Just starting exploring the app, but see a lot of opportunities already. Very happy)))) Nice work!

Really recommend this app for Shopify users, honestly, I hardly write a review but this app exceeds my expectation. Amazing....!!!! this is the application that we have been waiting for. This app has helped to accelerate my business growth more than anything else I have done. THe customer service was outstanding. Had an issue setting the app on my premium theme and they fixed it quickly. Have plenty of apps, but this is the first one I reviewed because of their service.

This app is a game changer, and it deserves WAY MORE attention that it already has (at least by the time of writing this review), I'm pretty sure it'll outreach its competitors.
Not only it has all the functionalities every store owner needs, its customer service is impeccable. I received the best help from the agent Yusuf in, literally, seconds after I wrote my answer in the live chat.
