Customer service from Yusuf with HelpfulCrowd is top-notch! This is probably the best customer service I've experienced with any app from Shopify.
He helped me create email template promos, add summary widgets and product rating widgets. He also answered other various questions regarding the use of the app. He was very proactive, made contact and offered help at the perfect time. I get frustrated with some apps that require some coding because I'm not all that tech-savvy - he really helped to move the process along quickly and easily so I could integrate the app to my website.
I haven't had a chance to see the app in action yet (with an actual review), but it looks nice - it's not overwhelming or spammy-looking. So far, so good - thanks so much! steamybean.com

I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserves it! I have been using the application for 1 year already, 3 stores are connected, it is really very convenient, excellent interface, super technical support! And the main thing is that there are excellent templates for sending messages so that customers leave feedback, it works! Yusuf - my priority manager! Thank YOU!
By far the best review app for the $$ I have yet to find. I have already collected multiple reviews in a short period of time. Where other review systems only get 1 or 2 every few months.

The best review app! I use HelpfulCrowd on all my websites and find it really easy to use. Whenever I've needed some technical help (ie. integrating reviews onto a website on a new ecommerce platform) Yusuf is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me. I can't recommend this app enough. Ten stars.
We've been with helpful crowd reviews app for 4 years now. The customer service is awesome! Yusuf helped us with the migration from WIX to Shopify and we were able to preserve all our reviews. He's always quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about their app. The app has all the features you could ask for and is super easy to use. We like their clean design and user-friendly layout. They added more features this year which includes a review slider on the homepage. We've continued with their basic plan and it has everything we need for way cheaper than other review apps. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, go with Helpful Crowd!
