I love this app and the design of it. More importantly I love the helpful crowd’s customer support team. Their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ve been emailing them a lot because of issues I was having as far as coding. They really reach back out super quickly and handle whatever issue I may be having. Thanks to helpful crowd, my reviews portion of my website is perfect making my website now perfect! Thanks again!

I like this app. It is not as expensive as those top rated review app, but it works the same. The support response quickly, 10/10!
We love the feeding tumbler! The great way to give your dogs and cats some fun time in their life and challenge. Love also how you can change the hole size!

Yusuf was such a great help. I wanted to transfer all the reviews from one product to another but was struggling to do so. i asked Yusuf if he would be able to do it from his side, and he done it for me. It was really important for me to have the reviews on my site. so thank you so much Yusuf, such a great help.

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

Yusuf was able to make the styling changes with the custom CSS editor, but keep a close eye in the app.
We're shortly releasing the new star icons and colour options feature so you can pick any colour under the rainbow and even different icons without needing to know any coding or CSS knowledge.
