Helpful Product Reviews App

I love this application, the support is very attentive and responds quickly. They solved my problem in just a few minutes.
What I also like about this application is the question and answer feature that allows for much more sales.

I switched over from Shopify Reviews app, which was pretty basic. I really like the idea of including images and video with review submissions. Also, we needed a way to proactively request reviews for each order. HelpfulCrowd seemed to have just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Integration into our site (www.baxmax.net) was pretty straight forward, except I could not figure out how to format the widgets correctly. I contacted Yusuf through the chat window and within about 10 seconds he responded and within 10 minutes he was able to log into my Shopify site and fix the formatting. Now that's customer service!!!

I installed this app yesterday so although I haven't used this long term I figured I could share some feedback on the install process. I am using the free plan right now and even though I haven't paid a dime yet, the customer service has been FANTASTIC. Yusuf reached out to me to make sure I was navigating everything ok and even offered to make sure the widget was installed correctly. He fixed the issue I had and I LOVE how the reviews are showing on my products now. If the customer service is this amazing on the unpaid plan, it must be even more fantastic on the paid versions. I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade as my business grows.

I like the professional appearance of this app. The gold star rating is my favorite feature. I recommend this app.

Kinda confusing to install but that was taken care of quickly. I just love how youre able to use actual videos as reviews. Number one reason why I never used Loox reviews and left Alireviews. This app is hugely underestimated!

We made a request to have a feature added and it was added the following week. IAN is a Rockstar, he literally is a man of his word. Helped figure out what was missing, and why the app wasn't loading, and now its working 100%.

Has really increased the amount of review responses we get. Easy install and importing past reviews from other platforms such as Shopify reviews was easy.
