VIDEOWISE Shoppable Videos UGC

Videowise has been an app we have had our eye on for some time now. Having finally had it implemented, we are so impressed with the service we receive from our Account Manager Katarina. She always greets us with a smile on every call and no job is too big of an ask. She’s so helpful and responsive and genuinely cares about our brand and our upcoming launches looking their best. She takes great pride in bringing our products to life through implementing immersive video content that our customers love to engage with! Been using the Videowise now for just over a month and already seeing a much faster page load speed on website. Katarina at customer support was great in helping me build out different video templates and putting live on website and was quick to reply if any issues came up.

I was abit skeptical to try this app, But within 7 days I have a 7% Conversion Rate on the videos watched. 7%! The team is absolutely incredible. They helped me through every step even though it was supper simple. Well done guys, Def recommend this one. AND. All my social videos are in ONE spot!

The app's founder is a very hard worker! He called me within five minutes of installing the app and guided me through it. He also assured me there will be more features coming! This app looks AMAZING on mobile! I'm very impressed with this app's capabilities. You need it if you take using videos on your store seriously.

We are early into our Videowise partnership, but the signs have all been positive. We were able to prove that including their widgets on the home page provided a boost to conversion. Our CSM Leonardo was extremely helpful during onboarding and is a continuous source of support. We're excited to roll out Videowise in more placements across the site. Setup is easy, and the software is very user-friendly. I'd recommend their tool to any store owner looking to incorporate more UGC on their site.
