Videowise Shoppable Video UGC

Videowise has been a great addition to our website! It is easy to use and offers customizations with design of the widgets. Johanna has been extremely helpful in getting us up and running with Videowise. She’s always checking on our performance and making recommendations for new ideas and changes to tests we’re running.

We have had a great experience of using the Videowise app and our Account Manager, Tijana, is incredibly helpful – responding quickly to assist with any queries and frequently offering suggestions on how we can optimise our pages.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Videowise so far. The setup was quick and intuitive, the platform has made it incredibly easy to integrate video content throughout our store, and the service from Anastasia has been top notch. From product demos to UGC and testimonials, everything looks clean and interactive. The shoppable video tools are a huge plus and have noticeably elevated the browsing experience for our customers. 5/5

Our account manager Andrej is fantastic—he's always available to assist us, offering new suggestions and optimisations. We've also noticed a clear improvement in our conversion rates since working with him.
