Vitals: Reviews, Bundles (40+)

This plugin is really easy to use, and the customer service helped me solve many problems. I have three shops, all of which have this plug-in installed!!! Also recommended to my friends who do shopify. The trial period is also very long. The 30-day trial period is enough for me to experience. Give five stars hahaha! ! I am very satisfied! ! !!!

I'm a new user to this app. So far it is super easy to use and customer service is top notch! I added a goal today. I love the flexibility to add specific collections and remove items that are not offered. I do however hope that this app includes a tiered discount option one day soon where I could offer a discount based on the amount you spend. For example:
Buy $250 get $25, $500 get $50, $1,000 get $100. I think I may have figured this out though using the Goal option. So far I'm very happy with this app and would highly recommend it.

This app bundle is incredible, true, but the real magic comes from the exquisite customer service team and record time in which they give their all to help and assist. Highly recommended!

I've been looking at ways to speed up our store's loading page to reduce bounce rate and after researching online I found out about VITALS. We're pretty light on apps but we went through a stage of downloading some and deleting them, which caused code to be leftover on our theme. Costin from support was really helpful and offered to take a look through our theme and they removed a bunch of code that was slowing down our store. PS their support is 24/7! It's Saturday at 11pm and they're online :)

Anyway - we have already lowered our speed pretty significantly - a few seconds - as it's not loading data from loads of different apps around the world and we're going to keep working on reducing this by adding more apps solely from VITALS as we remove old ones :)

I'm hoping as a result, our conversion rate will increase with our bounce rate reducing :)

Again - another big shout out to Costin who was really helpful with support. They were able to quickly and politely change things to suit our brand easily - even the fussiest of things they were down to do as I'm a bit of a perfectionist with the layout ha :)

Since I found this application I was surprised with the amount of functions that can give a page for so little money. Best of all, it receives updates every few months and the user support is excellent. Very happy with Vitals.

A really great app, everything is explained well, easy to set up and it also has quick, helpful and responsive live chat function for technical support. This was handy for me when I had queries.
