Versatile app, not so cheap definitely, however definitely include lots of functions. It replaced lots of other apps, such for upsell, reviews, and a few more. definite make your theme a lot more powerful than before. The customer support is like reply in 1 minute always, anything not preferred, they are there to help you! love it!

I've only had VITALS for a couple of weeks but I find that they DO have the essential apps you'll need to run a successful website. I have also had the pleasure of experiencing their customer service and let me tell you, they are amazingly helpful, patient, and very efficient! Definitely top-notch customer service and I can tell that they are truly passionate about what they do and in helping entrepreneurs achieve success. And because of this, they are constantly seeking ways to make improvements even with their already flawless reviews. Jed helped me with the CSV import, they really go above and beyond with troubleshooting by using screenshots, even uploading your own file so they can look into it on their end. Vitals is a powerful Shopify app and look forward to using it more.
