This was my first time using an app in shopify as a new shop, the whole process in my mind was going to be overwhelming, BUT NO the support team was/is great, very responsive and eager to help no matter what, I am really happy to have such a supportive customer service team to help me navigate all these processes. I am not only using them for Walmart but am in the process of adding Etsy as well. Its so many steps to running a small business, this was an easy one!
Awesome support! This app will save me a bunch of time and money. I would recommend it to other people.

A couple months ago, we were forced by Walmart to change the app we used to publish listings onto Walmart from our Shopify store. It was a nightmare trying to onboard using Walmart Seller, and even the Walmart app was not good. I did a bunch of research and spoke to a couple sellers who were using CED Commerce who said it worked well and the tech support was really good. I decided to give them a try and I was surprised! These guys have been nothing but helpful from day one and they did a live video demo for me.
It was a little bit of a process learning the new system, but they have been there to answer every and all of my questions. When I had a problem, I have contacted them and they always get it fixed. I learned how to do variant listings using CED Commerce and our listings look so much neater, and saves me a ton of time! Highly recommend CED Commerce is you are looking to onboard items onto Walmart Seller much easier.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.. To say I’m blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism Cedcommerce had in helping me get more than 1000skus on Walmart would be an understatement! I didn’t have 1,2 or even 3 reps helping me I had literally more then 10! 24/7 365 any msg I sent was immediately answered and honestly 90% of my messages were not even pertaining to their app. They went above and beyond out of there way to do all the work for me. They walked me through every step the provided UPC’s they updated my products and in the end I have 1350 products on Walmart ALL WINNING THE BUY BOX! I never review anything but these guy and gals are a godsend thank you guys so much! I’ve been dealing with so many personal things and you guys lifted a weight of my shoulder this glowing review is the least I can do to show my genuine appreciation of how fast and easy you made the upload again thank you guys!
Great experience. Added almost 5 thousand items in about 5 minutes. It saved us over a week's worth of hours. and we were able to concentrate on getting other things done. Our first sale came in less than 4 hours after we went live. Worth the money spent. I will recommend it and will use it again and again. I have no choice but to add to this review after I have been with this app for close to three months now. I am very happy with their customer service. They are totally brilliant. They responds to my request so quit and stays to make sure that my issues are resolved. I also like the fact that they can communicate with Walmart directly on my behalf to make sure things starts working normally again, They are just so good and I wish other apps can learn from their method of customer service. I cannot ask for more. They just go all the way to make sure that their customers are happy and that I have everything I need for my business to run smoothly. I love them so much that I can't stop talking about their brilliant support.
I've completed initial set ups and uploaded my inventory via CED app. However, none of my products are live at Walmart even after 24 hours. I understand why some products are not published/live (zero quantity, price non-competitive etc) but not why none. When I asked for help via Chat, the the CED agent told me to contact Walmart support, not realizing that contacting Walmart Seller Support is a nightmare. There is no phone number listed under Seller Help and chat option will be available only after you have picked one of the pre-listed categories. For instance, my issue is "errors" with inventory but this is not an option that will lead to chat support. I'm still clueless as to what's it I'm not doing right. Very frustrating!

The staff at CedCommerce has been helpful in helping me understand the initial setup of my catalogue with Walmart.com The mapping can be a little tricky but they are always ready to help.
Ken It has now been a couple of months and cedcommerce has help a bunch. Walmart has been an issue but that is another story. I would recommend them. Just have plenty of time to learn and understand the product mapping. Papaws Garden Supply LLC
