Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Push

It doesn't work on my premium EMPIRE theme. Online help is not accessible you have to search a lot. I have tried on 2 pc and tablet and 2 phones and the PUSH system does not work. I am going to uninstall it it was in the version of $ 29 I hope that at the end of the month you will not charge me anything. It's a shame to use another application from them and it works super well for me. Time lost in learning how it works and then it doesn't work for me.

Great App. Really like the free plan. Also great for getting notifications in front of customers directly!

Good so far, very easy to set up. Have yet to use the full features but I'm sure they'll be fine based on other reviews.

LOVE IT! Setting it up now and it's awesome thus far. I love how I can add images to the notifications as well which is sure to get even more attention than just some basic writing.

I wanted to use the abandoned cart push notifications, but couldn't get it them to work. It would ask for visitors to subscribe in Chrome on my laptop, but not in any other browser or on a mobile device. And even after subscribed, the abandoned cart push notifications just didn't happen. I set them up. They were on. They just didn't work. Bummer. Wasted too much time trying to troubleshoot.
