Our app does not deploy malware, collect private data, or leave persistent changes in a store after uninstalling. It follows Shopify’s security guidelines and review process.

According to our records, the app was installed for a short period and removed shortly after. We haven’t received any technical details or evidence related to the claim, and we’d genuinely like to investigate this further.

We’ve reached out directly to request the specific files or observations mentioned so we can review them and provide a clear explanation. Transparency matters to us, and we’re always happy to audit and clarify any concern.

We truly want to help our users get the best performance for their websites. We believe that if you check metrics like bounce rate, conversion rate, engagement, and mobile sessions for 15 days before and after using Website Speedy, you’ll be able to see the real value our tool adds.

We’re also building an integration with Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to display these numbers directly in the Website Speedy dashboard. This feature will go live next month and will make it easier for users like yourself to understand the value the tool provides without having to dig through multiple analytics reports.

We also offer manual optimization at no extra cost in case the automated optimization doesn’t satisfy any user. Please reach out to our support team , we’d do everything possible to make your site faster.
