Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

Great tool! Very comprehensive feature to manage and edit the translation. Cost is also reasonable. Just one comment is adding one more Chinese option for Hong Kong marketing (Hong Kong Chinese is different from Taiwan Chinese).

Easy to use, and very supportive customer service always reply in a promptly manner.

Very useful app and great customer support. Good option to enable testing different markets, without the need to pay for a professional translator. Highly recommend!

it took some time to set up BUT the support is amazing! spent one day to chat with Christophe and he helped me out with so many things. Great! now our store is properly translated and also seo friendly

Great app, that has everything you need for a well translated store. Thanks to their fast support from Clara and Baptiste for helping us out.

This app works great and very cheap. The downside is that it will not translate content from third party apps like the reviews from the Shopify Review App.

It is perfect for the different translations that we need so much to understand the different websites that exist on the network, thanks

I just installed it and the translation, despite a few mistakes, is perfect.

I have used Weglot for more than a year now, and I decide to switch a couple of weeks ago, because I realized that Weglot is stalling me more than doing any good. The app has many limitations. Weglot does NOT work on top of Shopify Languages, meaning it does not support the multi-language feature Shopify released back in Dec. 2019... So, lots of dynamic content of your store will not be translated and will remain in the default language, including product names and shipping methods that appear in the email notifications. Translations will fluctuate, and some terms will also go missing. Furthermore, their support team told me to use their dynamic translations tool, but it really does not work well. Weglot pricing method is also very expensive compared to other applications. I would advise anyone considering to sell in multiple languages to check out other applications, before rushing into using this app. You will find much better solutions for much better deals too.

Very good and nice customer service. Really appreciate the help from Sebastian and the others as well. Welling to see the app improves a lot in future and fix all issues that it has.
