Weglot: AI Translation & SEO

We have been using Weglot for our multilingual Shopify store for quite some time now, and the app has been an excellent investment for our international SEO strategy.

What really stands out is the support team. We recently outgrew our current plan due to the expansion of our website with many new technical pages, blogs and multilingual content. Instead of simply pointing us to a much more expensive standard plan, the Weglot team took the time to understand our situation and came back with a custom Pro+ plan that perfectly fits our current needs.

Fanny was extremely helpful, responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. The upgrade was completed within minutes, everything was clearly explained, and she even offered advice on optimizing our translated word count.

If you are looking for a translation solution with SEO-friendly URLs, excellent Shopify integration and outstanding customer support, I can highly recommend Weglot.

Real salvation, we were looking for a way to solve the language translation problem, and their help, as well as individual adjustments, really helped our website. Highly recommended.

Impossible to give more than one star.

I spent over an hour trying to set up this app. Even after following all the instructions, the warning messages kept appearing despite everything being correctly enabled in Shopify.

The interface is confusing, the setup process is not intuitive, and the app feels full of bugs. It's impossible to tell whether the issue comes from the app or the configuration.

To make things worse, there isn't even a live chat. If you need help, you're told to send an email and wait.

Very disappointing first experience. I've uninstalled the app and will be looking for another solution. Goodbye.
