Amazing support! We still have to review the content, but from what we've seen, translation is great for the most part.

Our only reco would be to have a plan between the 10k words 1 language and 50k 3 languages. We only need one language and have about 12k words, so we must pay for the bigger plan....

Great App and Great customer service. Thank you Christophe for your quick help! The app is easy to work with, the visual editor is really helpful. Some elements still need to be optimised, not all translations are easy to find in the back office and the word limit integrate also the words you have translated by yourself. But overall the experience is great.

After 2 days spending, the support get back to me with the good resolution. Thanks for the support. However, I do recommend to make the process easier and make the answer to what customer wanted. I will remain 4 star for now. and can always update to 5 if I monitor everything is working.

I have tried all translation apps, because none of them satisfied my needs. Our agency then recommended Weglot and I was skeptical, because it was not under Shopify's recommendations for language apps. I recently started using the Weglot app and, honestly, while the technology itself is impressive, it was the human touch in their support that truly won me over. Mr. Jeremy from their team was an absolute gem. When I was struggling with styling the language switcher, he stepped in, guiding me patiently through each step. It's evident he knows the ins and outs of the system, but more than that, he took the time to truly understand my concerns and address them. It's rare to find such a combination of technical know-how and genuine customer care these days. Kudos to Weglot and especially to Mr. Jeremy for making my experience a memorable one!

We use this App for our bilingual Shopify Store. The translation is accurate, but it can be a bit time consuming, since each automatically translated phrase needs to be approved before publishing. However, the customer service is absolutely great. Super fast, straightforward and they solve also individual store needs.

We are so happy and it's the easiest and best translation app on the market. We faced now our first small problem and it was solved within minutes by the weblog support. Never experienced a better support before!
