After 2 days spending, the support get back to me with the good resolution. Thanks for the support. However, I do recommend to make the process easier and make the answer to what customer wanted. I will remain 4 star for now. and can always update to 5 if I monitor everything is working.

The app is great and the customer service is great.

We've been using translation apps for years now and Weglot has been the one we stuck with. It's got a lot of great features that let you control which words you want to be translated, it can also translate external javascript code from other apps and lets you export or translate directly in the browser.

But one of the most important reasons we stuck with Weglot is for their excellent customer service. So many apps these days have a ghost for service. This is not the case with Weglot. They are always really quick to reply to our messages and will fix any problem or extra help we need to get some special words translated.

Good translations and fast and helpful customer service! Always answered within 24 H.

The support team is very responsive. You do have to customize the app a bit based on your needs and learn your way around but I find the app user friendly and reliable.

I used the Weglot App for Shopify to translate my online store into several languages and I was very satisfied with the results. The application is easy to use and has a wide range of languages to choose from. Additionally, I received excellent assistance from Jeremie, who helped me resolve a business issue. I am very grateful for his support and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable translation application for their online store.

I have used the app almost 3 months now. First on the free plan and then quickly changed to the advanced plan because of some of the features I needed. I have had a look into a handful of different apps before that and Weglot seemed the most professional to me. I was not dissapointed. They have a very clear and detailed help center on their website. Our shop is not the most straightforward. We have a number of 3rd party apps and work a lot with custom pages built with templates in the customizer in the Dawn Theme. Weglot was able to translate everything that I needed. I had a lot of email exchange with the Weglot support because of some tricky things that were not translated right away like dynamic content, app content or were translated although they should not be, like hidden content. But Jeremie and especially Alexis were incredibly helpful, very fast with their reactions and always really patient. Where there was no straightforward solution, they offered workarounds and now I can say I am very happy with the result while also seeing good improvements with my search engine rankings. Thanks a lot, Weglot team and especially Alexis and Jeremie!

I have tried all translation apps, because none of them satisfied my needs. Our agency then recommended Weglot and I was skeptical, because it was not under Shopify's recommendations for language apps. After a lot of research of which translation app to use for expanding our sales internationally and offering our customers a site translated in English (we have Swedish as original language) the choice fell on Weglot. The functionality, AI/automatic translations, translations in iFrames made possible and the best and most important thing we couldn't even know before taking the plunge - the amazing support we have received by the support team, in particular the help of Alexis has been invalueable. Very happy to recommend this app to everyone who is looking for a great translation app for their Shopify store.
