We evaluated multiple solutions before finalising on Wati for WhatsApp marketing and communications. We found the app to be not bloated with unnecessary features and is very user friendly. It's easy to setup automations and broadcasts. Overall great work on building a user friendly product.
Awaiting more integrations and features for Shopify stores specifically.

It has been great using WATI, very simple to use and setup chatbot and flows or run campaigns over WhatsApp.
we have used WATI for abandoned cart recovery and shipping notification to customers. we would strongly recommend everyone as this has helped us a lot communicating with the customers.

The UI is super simple to understand, the support team is extremely fast in their responses.
Despite being on the lower models, their team went ahead and added a custom feature for us. As a small business, this is rarely seen.

Wati ha sido una herramienta imprescindible para nosotros. WhatsApp business ya no era suficiente para la cantidad de mensajes que recibiamos diariamente, y con Wati pudimos solucionar esto de una manera fácil e intuitiva. Definitivamente es una plataforma ideal para las personas que tenemos una tienda en Shopify y manejamos gran volumen de mensajes por WhatsApp. Saludos desde Colombia.
We have been using this app for more than 1 year now - For sending order confirmation and COD confirmation messages. It works really well and we although we have some minor issues here and there, they were quickly resolved by their support on email.
