Very Good app for whatsapp automation it has lot of new features to engage the customers especially keyword acction we use that feature most and very good customer support
It has worked well for me so far. I got it mainly to target abandoned carts and have a chatbot. However, there are certain bugs in the google sheet API which sometimes reduces efficiency in sending mass communications.

good platform, ideal for support and marketing both
Wati is useful for setting up automated playbooks and communicating with customers on Whatsapp. I don't like that I can't react to messages with emoji like I can on regular Whatsapp app. But otherwise it does the job for me.
It is a good app. Needs some understand tough. Need more detailed documentation for the best result.

WATI is a very useful tool to manage customer support and retain your customers. There are still a bunch of features I'd like to see within the platform, but it's definitely a good start to manage your customer support on WhatsApp. The platform is easy to use and the UI/ UX is much better than the other API platforms available! Ironically, I have faced issues with their Customer Support though, so I hope that is something they look into!
