The app adds a chat button for WhatsApp to your shop. If a customer has a question or would like to contact your shop, he can easily click on the button. It redirects the customer instantly to WhatsApp with a prefilled message, so that he only needs to send the message to contact you via WhatsApp. You are able to fully customize your chat button.
