The best whatsapp, facebook and instagram communication app on the market and believe me when I say we tried them all. Nothing compares to Zoko and the capabilities it has. I would recommend any company who is struggling with the different communication platforms to try Zoko.

I switched from Interakt, Delightchat, and Wati - some have poor customer support, unstable app, and messages not triggered properly.

We had to sort out a few issues when we started but these were patiently resolved by their sales and on boarding teams.
Zoko overall API service works well, dashboard is easy to navigate and most importantly, they have a helpful team. I hope to leverage some of their additional services from Flow Hippo to automate some more flows & create better user journey's for our customers.
