La migliore in assoluto con piano gratuito. Ho avviato la mia attività online da poco tempo e contenere le spese per le applicazioni è una necessità. Grazie alla chat di WhatsApp collegata sono riuscito ad avere un sacco di conversioni in più. Il cliente si sente a contatto diretto con te e quindi lo porta ad avere più fiducia e a sentirsi coccolato. Tutto questo non sarebbe stato possibile se non ci fosse stata questa applicazione. In se funziona benissimo, l'interfaccia è molto semplice e intuitiva. Trovo geniale il fatto di poter regolare l'altezza del widget separatamente dalla Home e dalla pagina prodotto, cosi facendo se nella pagina prodotto si ha lo sticky add to cart e il widget si sovrappone, potete regolarne l'altezza lasciando invariata la posizione del widget nella home. Piccolezze che contano a parer mio! Quindi consiglio vivamente questa applicazione, appena avrò la possibilità faro un upgrade del piano perché tutto questo gratis è una truffa nei loro confronti . Grazie di cuore al team che ha creato l'app!

Is someone still maintaining this app? I've been sending emails for almost two weeks with no response :(

La aplicación funcionaba perfecto hasta que lanzaron la versión beta.
La usaba para recuperar carritos enviando mensajes manuales, pero la version beta ya no tiene esta opcion. Me comunico al email de soporte support@superlemon.xyz y mis emails rebotan, dice que la direccion no existe.

I have been using Superlemon since the beginning and it was a great app. In the meantime a new team picked it up and the development and support have been HORRENDOUS. They update the app to a non-functional beta version right before Black Friday/Christmas. They automatically inject random popups and thank you page widgets that you CANNOT DISABLE. The support copy pastes the same template message regardless of your issue. For one specific problem we had on tablets, it took them 4 months to reply.

We have installed this app just yesterday, it works great and we have taken some orders on WhatsApp already. Also, Preetam, the founder of the app, was really helpful with a bit of customization, answering our questions & advising on how to further put the app on good use! Great job!

it's help on automated messages and is helpful for COD system or Cash on delivery system. I highly recommend this app.
