Bad decision in the last update, the Manual Orders CRM was a so good feature and you change it, I understand what you want to achieve but could be with a smoothly transition. Hope you can fix it or improve it soon, at this time I will uninstalling, maybe later I will use you again. Good luck.

Su servicio al cliente y soporte es pésimo, tengan mucho cuidado si quieren personalizar sus mensajes o campañas porque se tardan mucho o no les van a responder. no lo recomiendo.

no sirve para nada, desde que lo actualizaron, ya no sale el chat, se queda en una pantalla para colocar el número, y ahora q actualizan dice q es gratis pero q autorizamos un cargo de hasta 500usd, es muy confuso

What happened? You can´t send direct whatsapps to the abandoned carts anymore.
That was the best of the app, to bad it doesn´t have that function anymore.

WORST APP and THE WORST customer service. No one cares in this company and does not even bother replying or acknowledging an email. I would like to unsubscribe and please HELP me for the same and at least take an initiate now to reply.

Be careful, they display false analytics to make it seem like your cart recovery is a lot higher than it actually is. 90% of the carts claimed as 'recovered' by the app haven't even been sent a Whatsapp message (Message log shows - Failed: Number not on WhatsApp)
If the message was never sent, the app should not be showing it is recovered by them. When i brought it up to support they just said they would look into it but never got back to me about it.
