I'v been using this app for a short time but I like a lot. Easy to setup and very useful. I'd like to suggest the ability to change the order that the Agent Name appear in the front panel. People use to click in the first agent always... rsrs
Great experience so far. Really easy to install, well designed and works perfectly, I hope it helps to speed up sales!

Muito bom, recomendo fácil e pratico varias opções de botoes, e da para traduzir. recomendo muito!! #show
This app is fantastic. It's easy to configure and it has helped us to connect with our customers although we can't chat with the customer directly from the app yet.
