This is a simple, but great app to help customers connect with you on Whatsapp through the website - it's helped customers reach us in case of any questions they may have so we can better address them. Messaging via whatsapp gives a more personal feel to customer & is easier for them to get in touch.
Utilizo no momento o chat Whatsapp. Muitos reclamam que deveria utilizar chat próprio, mas discordo. Tenho gostado muito desse chat whatsapp e tem me atendido muito bem. O fato de voce personalizar todo o conteudo também é um fator que qualifica ainda mais. Super recomendo!

Great app, very customize whatsapp button and abandoned carts works very good on manual mode !!! 100% recommend this app. cost/benefits is great, much better than others i try before and makes me increase sales.
I have been using the free version for a long time. Then I decided to upgrade my plan and it was a disaster. Faced so many issues within the app, tried to contact support but either they are very busy or just lame. My issues are still pending. Templates are approved on Facebook but they are pending in apps.

Awesome app. Simple, easy and it does just what it should do. I strongly recommend for everyone, but even more to Brazilian stores.
This app sends 20% discount codes to customers without consent. Creates codes in Shopify without consent. I didnt set it up. I merely "upgraded" to an upgraded FREE plan.
[Update] Their reply is they do not have permission to create discounts. My customer received 20% discount via whatsapp. It must be a phantom admin who granted the discount.
