Worst customer service PATHETIC, even though you choose the Ultimate plan which says "priority customer service" they don't reply with a proper response. Our issue is still in a pending state.

Great solution for free. Thank you guys. Haven't tried the paid options yet but the time will come when we need them.
i use this app to enable customers to chat with executives. I am presently using the free version and it has great functionalities. I have not had to reach out to their support yet so i cannot review the support section. However it is a great app to add to your store

This app every time is losing the most important, the support. Now doesn´t exist a support chat and not offer solution for some issues after update app is showing

So far, so good. Easy to customize and offers link to Analytics and FB pixel. Plus it offers the chance to use more than one phone number
