easy to use for beginer. free plan is good helpfull for smal store. thanks super lemon for a good app.
I try to contact support but till now no answer so far, I upgrade my plan to create a campaign but I can not create at teamplet I keep sending emails but it seems that I am sending them to the empty space there is no support from them at all

This new look is not user friendly. I can't recover most flof my abandoned carts. I really hate working with this app now I enjoyed the last one. This doesn't fit into my phone screen at all. I can't see the customer details. It's really not user friendly at all

This app is so awesome. It gave me an opportunity to connect with my customers. I found that store visitors generally have many questions regarding the product, and giving a chat with us whatsapp button helps them connect easily and quickly with the store owner. This app has helped me close many sales by replying to customer's questions on time. I have a store in India, and people are skeptical about such online stores, so providing an extra layer of communication gives them a sense of confidence which helps us in getting more sales, Highly suggest this app for everyone.
