The operation is a bit complicated, it would be better if the operation and prompts are simple and clear
great, something that finally a beginner like me can understand and reach out to my visitors / customers easily and directly.

The app is amazing, the only thing I struggled with was the setup. The backend is a bit "messy". BUT all in all great for my customers.
