This is a very friendly App. The support is A-ma-zing.
I you need clean and consistent communication with your customer you need this app.

I've been looking for a WhatsApp app for ages and found this one. Had a few concerns but Rahul and the team were so helpful and answered all my questions within a couple of minutes. I can definitely recommend the app and its customer service support.

Easy to use, for those who are unable to see it working just test it on a mobile phone as whats app button does not show up on desktops.

Support from the developers is best. Their engineers are available on chat and they provided the initial set up by giving them staff account on the site for whatsapp share button and whatsapp chat! .

Have been using it for around 6 months and it does what it says (on the free version). Customers use it all the time without issues. :)

A few tips: for some reasons accents don't work so if you're using a language with accents, just get rid of them in your automated message.
Placing and overlap with other floating buttons you may have might be troublesome if you're using other Apps. Not the fault of this App, per say, but more something to be aware of if you want a button for Messenger or other apps.

Simple and elegant, as well as really useful to encourage user content sharing. The support is also excellent for those of us who like to tinker!
