First of all it slows down the website loading significantly - second they keep on increasing the fee and refuse your the service even though you are subscribed to prior Paid service agreement - uninstalling the app soon - And yes ZERO support!
I'm sorry that you feel upset. You have been using GetButton since 2018 and the price was always $2.99 for you even after the price increases for new customers, which happened just once in the last 5 years.
I have checked the tickets and we have been answering all your emails =(
As for the slowing down, the button works asynchronously and loads after every other content loads on your page. You haven't contacted us regarding this matter.

The WhatsHelp app has definitely made it easier for my customers to connect with me to fast track sales. This has helped me to provide better and faster customer service and a more personalised one as well. I recommend this app to all entrepreneurs.
A few suggestions for you that will allow your business to grow absolutely rapidly and are also an urgent need for us webmasters:.
1. add Chinese language to your official website
2. You can set multiple WhatsApp accounts and replace your icon, for example: Customer Service 1, Customer Service 2 ....
3. The system can automatically detect which customer is busy, if the recommended customer is not busy
4. Add Chinese WeChat
5. Can automatically combine multiple chat accounts for the actual situation
6. In the direct chat conversation, you can set your own language, and then automatically translate the customer language
7. You can set multiple phrases for quick chat
8. You can create automatic chat bots, for example, if a customer asks how long will my "delivery" take, the bot will automatically reply to your designed question after detecting the "delivery" keyword.

Worst customer service ever. Its written that it works on phone and tables it doesn't! Also it only appears on desktop that too one customer once in a day and that again after waiting for 15 seconds or so lol and when I emailed about they were rude and clueless worst app! Paid version is pointless!
