First of all it slows down the website loading significantly - second they keep on increasing the fee and refuse your the service even though you are subscribed to prior Paid service agreement - uninstalling the app soon - And yes ZERO support!
I'm sorry that you feel upset. You have been using GetButton since 2018 and the price was always $2.99 for you even after the price increases for new customers, which happened just once in the last 5 years.
I have checked the tickets and we have been answering all your emails =(
As for the slowing down, the button works asynchronously and loads after every other content loads on your page. You haven't contacted us regarding this matter.

es funktioniert nicht mehr und keiner hilft, mein Icon ist einfach nur grün pbwohl ich ein Bild aufgeladen hab, es gehen nicht alle funktionen...vorher hat monatelang alles geklappt

We were in touch with you 5 minutes after your first email, and have offered you a custom workaround to meet your requirements, which seems to have made you happy.

First 3 day the apps works perfect, then there was some issue with the CTA message. Contacted the support, received a reply saying that they can't do anything and it was normal. Worst Customer service, you shouldn't put your email in the first place if you can't help your customer on anything.
Can't understand how this app has got such good rating. It's been 3 days since I have installed this app and in these 72 hours, it has been offline for over 36 hours, ie half the time. I tried contacting their team twice, but they didn't repsond once. I really do like the app, however if it's going to be offline half the time, then what is the use. If you guys can fix this issue, then I'd love to install this app again.
And the app is also not working on tablets. 2 major issues.
This app does not work properly and there is no support in English. Not worth the time installing this app.
Tried to install it, it doesn't work...when trying to use the troubleshooting guides, the links are non-existent and also in another language (russian or something alike)
