Terrible experience.
My WhatsApp has already been blocked three times because the platform deliberately sends messages in bulk, and there is no option to configure a delay between messages.
This creates a significant risk for users and could easily be avoided with a basic scheduling feature.
I would not recommend it.
I’m genuinely impressed with both the team and the product. The support is exceptional, and the development team has built some truly powerful features that make a real difference in day-to-day operations.
The app has significantly reduced operational headaches, especially around returns and customer communication. I’d say it has removed at least 50% of the manual effort from my workflow. Automated delivery notifications, confirmations, and updates happen seamlessly without needing constant manual intervention — which is a huge win for any eCommerce business.
