We used Wholesale Gorilla on our dedicated B2B site and it served us well as a straightforward wholesale solution. The pricing list setup is intuitive, the Premium registration form does the job, and when we had questions, the support team was responsive and knowledgeable. Clementine was especially helpful in walking us through features we had not fully explored. A solid app for brands looking for a no-frills wholesale portal inside Shopify.
Your kind review absolutely made our day! We appreciate your business over the last 2+ years, and hope to continue assisting with your wholesale operations for long to come.
What used to be a great app for B2B users to add to their D2C site has fallen into a mess of AI customer support, useless and complicated updates, and a system that does not function properly day to day. Every week there is a new issue with the app not letting customers check out. We have lost significant business due to the constant malfunctions, and complete lack of customer support. Maybe Shopify was right to pull this app.
EXCELLENT support & customer service for the past 4 years using this app - does everything we need for our wholesale customers - super easy to use.
Thank you so much for this glowing review, and for using WG for 4 years! We're thrilled to hear that the app has been of help towards your business, and hope to serve you for many years to come.
Wonderful service and support staff. I love that their support team isn't just an AI bot. Been using this service for a few years now and it has worked perfectly.
Your kind words mean a lot, especially coming from the standpoint of 5+ years using our app! We're thrilled you're a satisfied customer, and will continue to do our best to assist further as needed.
Great App, Great customer support. They always reply to me very quickly and they always do their best to help.
Real people, not an AI agent.
Been a customer for many years.
Thanks so much for the kind words! We appreciate your continued use over the last 5 years, and are always here for you if further help is needed.
Their customer service is top!!! I'm not the most tech savvy but they have helped me immensely with getting the wholesale section of my website site up.
Thanks for the review. We put a lot of love into Wholesale Gorilla, and we're happy to hear you love it too!
I tried 4-5 different wholesale apps to help build my designer trade program, both more and less expensive, and this is by far the BEST one, it's exactly what I needed and customer service is so nice and so helpful. You give them permission to your store and they find the problem immediately if you're having one, and let you know exactly how to fix it. I also love the feature where you can choose between having a separate wholesale store or a unified storefront, the latter was exactly what I was looking for.
We're stoked you're loving the app, and have found it easy to use! Your feedback keeps us going, and we appreciate your 5-stars.
We've been using Wholesale gorilla for a few months and it's been great. Very user friendly. I'm a tech caveman, but they give very easy and clear instructions on how to get yoru wholesale operation up and running. Easily integrates into our Shopify. Great customer service as well. Def recommend using Wholesale Gorilla!!
Thanks for the review. We put a lot of love into Wholesale Gorilla, and we're happy to hear you love it too!
