Wholesale Gorilla

I have been using this app for several months now. Customer support has been great in helping me set this up just how I need it. As a growing ecommerce business it has been a relief, and it has streamlined our production lines having our wholesale customers place their order online rather than us manually placing them in an off line system. The app has more than paid for itself in time saved.

We recently downloaded this app and carefully went through the entire set -up process. Not only were we impressed with the wholesale features (e.g. Quick Order Form, Discounts, Net Terms Check Out process), but we were also impressed by the level of customer support. Because our Shopify store has a bunch of custom code + product variants, some of the WG features didn't integrate well. However, the WG Team was extremely helpful in working with us to create work arounds in order to make things work. They also sent us a variety of detailed emails with helpful screenshots. It was very clear that the team was passionate about their product and willing to go the extra mile to make things work. Thank you!

I absolutely love this app. Its flexibility makes it fantastic to cater to your business needs. Everything I was trying to accomplish on my wholesale page was possible with Wholesale Gorilla. The support team and customer service is impeccable and they really strive to help you. I feel it is at the core of their business model. I have spoken to Clementine multiple times and she's not annoyed with me yet :) I am not very savvy with Shopify... I felt the set up was very easy and when I got stuck, help was very easy/quick to get. I think I waited 30 seconds or less each time. Thanks for all the help and support. I highly recommend this app!

Helpful and fairly responsive, does the dev work for us!
We previously had a separate Shopify store, and this has saved us time and effort transferring inventory to different warehouses. Our retailers also love it because they don't want to have to go to multiple sites to view what's available. So far, so good with this app!

Update-Wholesale gorilla contacted me and everything was fixed within a few hours. Excellent customer service. **When this app was installed the person doing the work trashed the code for the product pages. All my product photos are hidden. I've had to hire someone to fix the problems.

I was looking for a wholesale app that is able to deal with European VAT Laws and wow ... I am absolutely fond of the support! It is absolutely OUTSTANDING! This is also why I decided to buy this app, although they are only in the development of a feature I would love too ... Discount x requires you to buy amount y of a product. For sure also this feature will be implemented soon and they gave me great advice on how to work around until then! I just love the fast checkout form, that the wholesale customers are tagged by the app, set VAT exempt and the app gets it right so that customers from AT (where I am located) must pay VAT and all others from EU not. All of that saves so much time and gives the customer an easy shopping experience. Also that they can use net Terms payment ... Yes I am absolutely fond of Wholesale Gorilla app and THE TEAM! I wholeheartedly recommend them!
