Alex is amazing - fixed my problem and found a couple of glitches that were also fixed. Such a relief to have someone on hand that knows what they're doing!!

Our buyer clients so far have called it easy to use, intuitive, and are excited about the new option.
4/5 because we had some early road bumps with set up but were pleasantly surprised how quickly Emily resolved (where Kara the first day or two was unable to help) and gave us some concern.
We ran into somehow the monthly subscription not starting so that paused features but didn't say why, if you have been on the demo and it's not live - check that out. It sounds silly but there was no alert even when the theme was published so we ran around in circles for a bit wondering why our test account wasn't showing the discounts.
Now we have it all going like clockwork. We've only installed a week ago, so far working well - will try to update good/bad over time once clients have more time to use it. I'm hopeful that now that we're live the speedy response time during business hours continues if anything comes up.
A lot of apps have step by steps for turning on various features and understanding functionality. Supple Wholesale Club doesn't have anything like that but with they will explain it to you over email with a bit of patience.
The group is based out of Canada on PT so if you're east coast early morning give it a little bit of time.
The Supple team is amazing, very fast and helpful response. The app is awesome, we have researched all existing wholesale apps in Shopify and eventually, we choose Supple! We need to follow up every order with the customers after they send order on our website, the Supple app (plus Net30 add-on) is our saver!
Great app and excellent support. I've had numerous questions to the support team and always got timely and detailed responses, and I was able to sort out all the small issues you get when you install something for the first time.
4 stars because I find the checkout process a bit clumsy (net30) and the Shopify checkout process still shows the full prices.
5 stars for the support team (thanks Declan) :-)

This app has been an excellent fix for all of our wholesale needs. The developers have also gone above and beyond with their customer support. I highly recommend this app!!!
It has taken some doing to get everything working properly, but Paige from Orbit help has been very helpful in shepherding coding fixes through the process. Hoping to launch tomorrow!
We especially like the ability to use Wholesale Club on POS.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my new app or the great service from Supply Apps! Highly recommended. And after a few weeks of back and forth with questions I had the support after the sale is superb. So grateful for this awesome new tool! Bravo!
This is a premium app. The best part is the support that comes with it. I ran into a few problems during set-up due to a paid theme I am using that uses complex Ajax cart functionality. When I contacted the support of the theme, they wouldn't help. The support of B2B Wholesale Club supported immediately and solved the issue as well as many others. I tried out a few other Wholesale apps. Nothing compared to this app. If you want to set up a wholesale online shop without paying for Shopify Plus, this is the best app you will find.

What happened to this App????? This App used to be good. Now it's glitchy and customer support is slow and unresponsive. We continue to have recurring issues where the Wholesale discount does not apply and can't put through Wholesale orders for days! Customer support is saying that they sent replies but it's false and frankly, the replies are not even helpful in resolving the same recurring issues. Very disappointing.
