B2B Wholesale Hub

Installation was quick and easy and Wholesale Club is all in the style of my website which I thought was important. There was plenty of time to try out the app and I asked support a few times for explanations. They were patient and explained everything in a simple way and even helped me to adjust some of the general settings.

Used to work great, but changes seem to have made it very buggy. I keep e-mailing support and get no response. I wasn't going to leave a review, but Shopify keeps asking me to, and I need to find a better wholesale solution. I really wish this was working better. It was a great app when we first started using it 2 years ago, but the changes and lack of customer support are making it difficult. And the constant customer complaints from our customers are getting old.

So far it is working ok but it is too early for us to have a final opinion. Our customers seem pleased and that is the main priority.

The app works works well and has great support. They are very responsive to special requests and customizations I've had.

Great app for setting up B2B customers without using Shopify Plus. Rob from the support team was incredibly helpful and responsive! Highly recommend.

I'm new to this app, but so far it seems like a flexible and versatile tool for building our B-2-B business. Support has been very friendly and quick with their responses. So big thanks to Kay & Jack :)

Amazing Customer Support and apps. Wholesale Pricing has solved so many of our worries with Wholesale and along with Marius's help with a few details we had Wholesale installed and up and running in 2 days!!

Install process had it's hiccups, but we were able to make progress once customer support got involved. We're happy with the product so far!

By far the most elegant solution to Wholesale Pricing we've found in Shopify. The team are very helpful, patient and do their best to answer quickly and constructively. Great experience.

Really disapointed.
I am trying to have help since week and still no answers and I m paying the monthly fee meanwhile while the app is not active.
I've been asking maybe 10 times to set up on my new theme and nothing...
Hope they will answer me, now I am writing here !!
