Not so hot. Used it for years albeit being buggy and leaves people stuck in checkout area without being able to complete purchase. Many requests to help have ended up with “we can’t duplicate the problem”. Well I can, time after time after time. We will be switching to Faire as this app is buggy and annoys customers who just want to check out like they do on any other site.

Also, you can’t update your site without them reinstalling code, at an additional cost. Just bad app and worse service. Blaming the end user (my customers) is never an answer.

I've spent 200+ dollars (almost six months of subscription) and a lot of time and work subscribing to this app, which is impossible to connect with my existing theme and other e-store essential apps. I am beyond furious and unhappy with the product. When I contacted the service because the application functions were not working, I received requests to make additional payments.
I have given the developers several hundred euros by receiving a service that I have never been able to use.
I do not recommend this product.

The app is not even bad. But man...the support team is quite awful. They offer a solution where you can merge your B2B/B2C shops, where their team takes care of installing the code on your theme files. Well, after a week their "TECHNICAL" team couldn't even access products. They didn't success to do what they offer and asked ME to help.
Just don't waste time with such improvised "professionals".

If I could give 0 starts I would! Had such high hope for this app after seeing they had 4.8 star reviews. I spent 2 months recoding / redesigning my site and adding built in features. I explicitly told the dev team to not break my site and to reach out during implementation if they had any questions or issues, since it was heavily coded.

They broke my chekout button. Had custom code to add shipping insurance and signature options at checkout = Now broken.

Never reached out during implementation to advise of such.

They went a head and published the theme they were working on... While still working on it?!?! Had to tell them to unpublish the theme version they were working on.

Poor app. Does not work properly. And does not provide any support. BEWARE of this app. You will receive reply without any resolution. After a while there is totally no reply and no support. & Apps is buggy and does not work correctly. Very bad app & Very bad Support. Totally do not recommend.

VERY BAD assistance in relation to the exorbitant cost they charge.
They usually respond after one day to our requests so it is VERY DIFFICULT to solve problems because of the long lead time.
They DO NOT OFFER unlimited stock so our wholesalers could not place orders. This is a ridiculous limit.
We removed the application and for a whole day WE HAD HUGE HUGE PROBLEMS with our website, the PRICES in each product tab were HIDDEN for all our customers !!!!!
Luckily we downloaded another application which solved the problem for us.
We're sorry but we do not recommend this app. They still have to train themselves before selling themselves as an application on such a renamed site as SHOPIFY

Neben der optisch wenig ansprechenden Aufbereitung, gibt es einen großen Mangel, den der Support nicht mal nach zwei Wochen geschafft zu beheben. Während des Check out, wird dem Grundner ein viel günstigere Preis angegeben, als eingestellt. Ich habe damit bereits Verluste bei Bestellungen erhalten. Der Support konnte das Problem nicht lösen, und es ist offensichtlich auch keine hohe Priorität dort. Daher von mir einen Stern. Ich hatte dem Support lange genug Informationen zukommen lassen und Zeit gegeben.

Everything was installing just fine. Link to sign up, even got a notification that someone signed up. But when it came time to approving them, it was nothing but a headache. Then I am asked to check with my IT dept. You know a small business owner just trying to afford the website fees alone. Thank you but no thank you.

I tried the free trial for the "Basic" plan, I spent 20 minutes on it realizing there were features that were only for the top paid plan..... It made it very confusing for me to work with as it wasn't clear at all what the basic plan covered as I was given everything to work with... I feel as though this is a scam to make me spend time on all of it and setting it all up then after the free trial saying i need to upgrade. I am not for that at all. I reached out to support and they said they would have to manually remove those features and need approval.......... even though they weren't features supposed to be in the basic plan to begin with... I ended up wasting about an hour of my time in total and decided to un-install this app as this gave me very un easy vibes! No thank you.

Poor Support and Poor App Design/Dev.
The support is very creative with their avoidance to help you.
They will reply to you without resolving any issues so they can buy more time.
They want to jump on a call :-) to give you their reasons.
This is an overrated app and not well designed and developed.
