Sami Wholesale Pricing B2B

Have been really happy with how the app has improved sales. Recently had an issue with some coding adding the check out button to random areas of the website but I was able to contact support and within a short amount of time Haley was able to resolve my issue and really happy with the program.

I genuinely don't understand how this app has such a high rating.

The interface is clean, well designed, and easy to use, which I suspect is where most of the positive reviews come from. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

The biggest issue is the Shopify POS integration. It simply doesn't work properly for a retail environment. Discounts have to be applied manually every single time, which is incredibly inefficient.

Even worse, if you have products already on sale, the app applies the discount **on top of the sale price**, resulting in double discounts and costing you money if you're not paying close attention.

When I raised these issues with support, I was told that's simply how the app works and there is no workaround. That simply isn't true. I've used other discount apps that handle these scenarios without any problems.

The support experience was just as disappointing. Rather than trying to understand the issue or offer solutions, I received dismissive responses such as *"I don't expect you to do anything"* and *"It's up to you what you want to do."* That's not the level of support I'd expect from a paid business application.

If you only run a basic online store, this app may be fine. But if you use Shopify POS or need more advanced discount logic, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. It ended up creating more work and more risk than it solved.

Great app if you are a small business starting out and want a B2B solution for your website.

Of course it's not as smooth as Shopifys own B2B solution, but it's much cheaper and easier for starting out with B2B. Whatever issues you might have is handled by their friendly support-team.

I have nothing bad to say from my experience.

The volume pricing is excellent for my business. Although I encountered a few issues during the setup process, the support team was very helpful and resolved them quickly and positively.

Very bad experience. My developers choose this app, because of reviews & when you write them negative review - you will get bunch off letters to delete it. Maybe this is the reason why they have good rating. I even paid yearly subscription, because IT recommended for better price. Wholese prices are uploaded wrong - we missed client, because of them. This wasn't first time. First you see one prices, then later another. Yes, they solve problems, but still their app is glitching, because it uploads prices on top, so depending on server job you client will still see price changes all the time. I am not reviews writer (I think this is my second review in my all life), but I want to inform other people, because I invested in wholesale environment 1000 eur plus 249 usd and I had problems from the begining. Another thing even if you create price rules, but in your website product is with -15% in the basket client will see different margin, because they are taking price from selling price not from compare at. And this could be misleading for wholesale client. Also, keep in mind as all apps it's heavy and will reduce your website loading time. After their last update my website wasn't working all week, because theme and app configuration was broken. I found this mistake only with AI help (I am not programmer - only simple lady). What I found now with AI, that if you have fixed discount for wholesalers you can create discount with tag wholesalers in shopify and then upload your theme files to AI and they will make custom rules for wholesale pricing. It will be free, no gliching on top and you will have custom code instead of heavy, problematic app. Even if you want to have this app - don't buy year, first test it yourself.

This app has been great for wanting to offer trade pricing and also creating volume based pricing. Has been a pretty easy app to figure out and when i have needed assistance it has been quick and easy to get the help. Haley was super helpful.

Love the Sami Wholesale app! It makes managing B2B pricing super easy with custom prices by customer tags, volume discounts, and quantity breaks. The quick order forms are great for bulk buyers, and features like tax-exempt checkout work perfectly. Setup was straightforward and support is fast and helpful. Great customer service as well.

We’ve found this app very easy to use, and it fits our shop well. We’ve been in touch with Haley from customer service a couple of times, and each time she responded relatively quickly and was very helpful with setup and smaller issues.
It’s missing a bundle offer setting, but otherwise it offers a lot of different settings to work with.

We are still in the early stages of using this app but so far it has been great for what we need. We are on the gold plan, I have given 4 stars because there are still a couple of features/fixes we would like to see implemented and hope that they will be considered (stacking of rules, compatible integration with email, customisation that doesn't require code) but overall we are very happy so far. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to help us with our queries. Thank you
