app is good. staff is nice and help.
But I want to assign discount offer to my client by admin-drafted orders. The app does not support it. I hope it will include this function soon.

This app allows me to manage my wholesale store accounts and facilitate wholesale pricing only for my approved customers. Support is also very responsive.
Email notification templates are limited and difficult to edit - this is the only reason that my review isn't 5 stars.

Works, a bit cumbersome to setup, requires some skill level. Customer Service is helpful, they may be available in chat or respond via email.

Great app with great support.

The app will still require some more features but it is a very good base.

Still getting my head around the app and had a few hiccups but Haley has offered fantastic support.

Nice app, quick and very good service, not sure if it will work yet as it slows down our B2C store somewhat. They have optimised, so time will tell if this is acceptable and will work. Hope it will work.

There have been some issues, as is normal with a free beta app. Customer support has been responsive but it's been somewhat exhausting and time consuming to communicate about a problem with basic functionality, which has now been fixed. I'm only using the order form section of the app. At his early stage, I would not be comfortable using the entire app because it seems ambitious but I wish them the best and hope that the beta testers are grandfathered in when it becomes a paid app.

Fantastic app! And genuinely one of the best customer support team, responds very quickly and solve all issues that arise! I am very impressed by this app, and I honestly downloaded most of their other apps!

I can sometimes find it difficult to navigate, but it is generally a great app to use. Customer service is BRILLIANT!
