EDIT: They charge based on the volume of sales for your entire store. NOT only for the wholesale accounts. The volume of sales is not relevant to the app and they should only be charging for customers who sign up and use the wholesale option. Shop around folks, there are other great apps that do fair billing. Great so far. I have to get used to navigating the app and setting it up properly. Customer service is great.

I really enjoy this app, it does most of what I need it to. However, how my business operates, only 1/4th of my sales are made in a way where this app can be used, yet I'm charged based on the total number of orders my site gets. 75% of these orders are from one-time customers at an event and therefore aren't subject to the orders made by my wholesale customers. But each month I pay $199 despite only 30-40 monthly orders being subject to wholesale pricing. If there was a way to segment the orders filtered to the app that influences the monthly cost, then I will reinstall, but the cost for my business exceeds the return.

Great app. The team was very helpful in getting everything set up. Make sure to tweak the settings (shopify tags/ and placement of wholesale pricing widget). We will continue being a customer and have zero plans to switch to any other B2B app.

Functions are sufficient. It is a good app.
However, there is one major issue that made me give up using it.
I have more than 500 collections in my store, but the maximum of this app is 250.
I would consider using it again if the maximum is increased.

Great app to start a wholesale business. A few issues are loading is slow and there is no customization option for b2b form.

Aside from good customer service, the set up is not user friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and there are details, like requiring "tags" for set up that is not explained anywhere, including the help sections or FAQ. The app developer will respond to this review and say that is is user friendly - but trust me, it's not.

To assist with setup, we provide step-by-step instructions directly within your admin panel, along with video tutorials to walk you through key features. And of course, our support team is always happy to help with any questions or setup concerns you may have.
Stumbled upon this App, couldn't believe it was free. It looked like it would suffice our requirements so I went ahead and installed it and set up some test scenarios.
Testing started off OK, had a couple of small issues, got onto the live chat with Tom. Tom was fantastic! Patient and willing to help out without any issues. In the end we stepped through all the issues and Tom helped me sort them. Once I got the run through from Tom, I got a clear picture of how the App works and it works a treat! Does what it needs to do, we will definitely be using it from here on in.

Wow. I had tried no less than 8 apps and finally found this one which does exactly what we needed! No other apps will easily let you add a large number of volume discounts. We are giving a discount at every 5 units increment up to 1000 units. Thank you soooo much for solving this problem for us.

After deinstalling the app we have massive issues with our checkout button and the product title in the cart. Please help us to fix the issue, we cannot recommend the app like this.

We want to clarify that our app is designed to leave no residual code on your store. We use Theme Blocks functionality, which automatically removes JavaScript code when the app is uninstalled from the Shopify Store.
Therefore, the issue you mentioned is not related to our app.
Love the features and the fact that it's free when there's so many competitors out there with expensive alternatives.
Only thing missing is the layout customisation
