We were previously manually doing what this app now does automatically for us. When customers want to return an item, we offer them a portion of their money back to incentivize them to keep it. I've only been using Win Win Return for a few days but we've already avoided 3 customer returns by offering them a 25% cashback deal. It also helps ease up our customer service load. Small sample size so far, but I predict this app will be very valuable for our business moving forward.
Valuable app for our business. We get a relatively high return rate and a very low percentage of those returns are re-sellable. This app has helped us reduce our return losses significantly (while we also work on improving our product and communicating expectations more clearly for the longrun). Nothing else like this app particularly the cash-back offer feature. It automatically displays an offer to the customer when they request a return, and we are seeing a high uptake of these offers, but no increase in returns requested. This means we're saving revenue and it has also lightened our customer service load.
Really unique concept of offering an incentive for customers to keep their orders. We ship heavy items and return shipping/reshipping becomes very costly. Win-Win returns has significantly reduced our return rates and had a major impact on our bottom line. Would highly recommend if you are in a competitive niche or if your products are expensive to ship.

Wow - what a cool app idea. We don't get many returns but when we do, they can be quite costly for us. We only get about 2-3 returns per month usually, but since installing Win-Win Returns, we have gotten literally 0. Customers love the cash back offer and have taken the offer every single time.
