Does exactly what it says. Very nice customer support. I definitely recommend for abandoned checkout recoveries.
Hi Shopedian,
Thank you for your positive review! We're glad to hear that our app has been effective for abandoned checkout recoveries and that you've enjoyed our customer support. Your recommendation means a lot to us. If you need any assistance in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Best wishes,
Gabriel
I love this app! Have made quite a few sales from it already and love that you can receive responses from customers and respond to them. Amazing customer service also!
Thank you for your kind review! You have some interesting segments that you can send campaigns to (ex customers who spent between $100 and $500 with you). I put 100 message credits in your account to help you get started with campaigns if you'd like.
Or you can just use them towards the automated abandoned cart and winback messages which are both converting very well for you currently! :)
This app is awesome! I've gotten sales from the extra contact and it's really easy to use! The staff is very helpful and responsive too.
Thanks for your review. I know you just started using the app a couple weeks ago, but I made a short video here for some suggestions moving forward https://www.loom.com/share/ebcce457431645a4a140547771e1cac7
Awesome app that is simple to use and more then pays for itself! Also the support is great! Highly Recommend using this app!
Thanks Patrick. I remember you used our Messenger app from 3 years ago. Glad you're having even more success with our SMS app!
One suggestion since you haven't tried it yet: campaigns can be very effective if you're having a holiday sale or are promoting a new product.
We created some segments for you just to give you some ideas (ex people who bought the 'my son is my missing piece' matching set). But you can also create your own segments based on products or collections, or how much they've spent, or whether or not they've used a coupon code, etc. So you can imagine promoting another product aimed at Dads who have boys to the segment that bought the 'my son is my missing piece' matching set
Happy to get on a zoom call some time if you'd like to brainstorm some more ideas with campaigns
This app has been in helping me be more in touch with customers, and has also gotten me some extra sales since installing.
The Zoom call with Joe was also a nice touch
Thanks for the review. Nice to see it's already doing thousands of dollars in extra sales during your free trial :)
Happy to get on a zoom call with you and your agency partner. If your agency can refer us to other successful merchants like yourself, we'd really appreciate it!
Very helpful team. Easy to use. Staff keeps in touch. They will update you via email about your progress.
Thanks for your review! Here are some suggestions to your messages and settings: https://www.loom.com/share/786855c4c5c4460880a2647ec6d4fa1b
Great app. Very easy to use and very easy initial setup. Sms are way more effective than emails in recovering abandoned carts and checkouts. Very responsive developer.
Thanks for the review Mattia. Here are some tips to get even more out of SMS: https://www.loom.com/share/464eaf2d0ecc4efb933f552714774916
Winback SMS marketing is one of those apps that pays for itself and far beyond. If you don't install this app, you're simply leaving money on the table! With most email providers segmenting incoming emails into a "promotions" folder, email marketing is in decline. If you truly want to effectively recapture checkout abandoners or market to past customer, SMS marketing is the most direct way of doing so. Which Winback does all automatically. One of my top 5 favourite apps for my store.
Thank you Sam!
I realized I forgot to reply to one of your questions in our email about abandoned browsers.
The mobile popup gets triggered up to 60 seconds of looking at a product. So it's not like any visitor gets the discount. They have to be actively reading about the product for 60 seconds on their phone.
And then with 2 quick taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing.
The reason this is so effective is that if they don't buy, the abandoned cart message sequence kicks in to remind them of the exact product they were looking at.
But I understand if you don't want to use the abandoned browser feature if you don't want to give out discount codes. You can just stick with the abandoned checkouts like you have, and you'll continue to get great results :)
Downloaded the app a few months ago and helped me recover a good amount of sales. I do recommend the app!
Thanks for your review. The sales were made just by recovering abandoned carts. If you use our signature feature (winback), you'll get twice as many sales from the app!
The winback sequence is a series of messages that get sent after the purchase as a follow-up. And just like abandoned cart messages, the sequence stops if the customer comes back to purchase again.
Can I turn it on for you?
Great app, made me a lot of money. will continue to use this app in the future. very simple to use.
Thanks so much for your review. I hope you don't mind me sharing that the app made $60K for you in the 2 months that you've had it!
I wish we can make a case study of how you're using the app because you're obviously killing it with SMS! Regardless I do have a couple suggestions for you to optimize it even further...
In addition to what I told you about the product images in your abandoned cart messages, let me also suggest turning on abandoned browsers. Right now you're just messaging people who abandoned a checkout. But the majority of your visitors won't even add to their carts. You can reach these visitors with a mobile popup.
It can get triggered after 60 seconds of looking at a product. With 2 quick taps, the shopper can get a discount code texted to them to buy the product they’re browsing. The message is fully customized, so the shopper thinks this you're giving him a discount for this exact product he was considering.
And if they don't buy, the abandoned cart message sequence kicks in to remind him of the precise product he was looking at!
It's super-effective in getting visitors at the top of the funnel. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you start getting more sales from abandoned browsers than from abandoned checkouts.
