Had a small hiccup during setup but we contacted the support team and they fixed it right away! Good customer service!
The app is very easy to use and helps you create the right mood for the season! There are so many falling effects to choose from. You can add small tags and banners to the corners of the website and also you can add string bulb lights.

It seems that the app was uninstalled shortly after the trial period ended, which is why the charge went through. I noticed that you emailed us on November 4th at 12:49 PM, and our support team replied 21 minutes later, at 1:10 PM, confirming a full refund for that charge.
